Dr. Ed had a distinguished 20 year US Navy career and holds a Doctorate in Education, MBA and Criminal Justice degrees. He is a Supervisor Management and Program Analyst at FEMA.

Dr. Sherri had a remarkable 17 year US Navy career and is a seasoned financial manager. She holds a Doctorate in Education, Masters in Strategic Financing, Bachelors in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and minor in Contract Acquisition. She recently retired as a Financial Manager for the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon. She played a key role in drafting responses to Congress.
